Renovation of an urban row house, St Gilles Brussels.
This three bedroom house lies in a densely built neighbourhood in St Gilles.
The main entrance of the apartment building gives access to a communal staircase, which leads to entry of the apartment on the first floor. The kitchen furniture, staircase and bookcases are designed as one coherent piece of furniture.
Between the kitchen and the living room, a private stair leads down again to the night area. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The children's bedrooms, at the moment used as one bedroom and one play room, can have a separate entrance in the future.
